- International Shipping 10-14 business days.
- European Shipping 16 business days.

The addresses in Mexico City are delivered within 4 to 6 business days

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can return your purchase made in our online website, within 10 days after you receive the package and we will refund the full value. 

If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

EXCHANGE AND GUARANTEE POLICY

Size or item changes may be made within 7 days after you receive the package. You can choose any exchange item.

We do not accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• If the garments smells bad, if it has signs of wear, sweating, food stains, makeup.
• If the garments show signs of washing.
